Shipping & Delivery

Expedition

The parcels, whose destination is the national territory (Mainland and Islands), will be sent through CTT and / or CHRONOPOST, directly to the address that you indicate, in the following terms:

Continental Portugal

Orders will be delivered within two business days *.

Shipping Costs: Free in purchases of value equal or superior to 100 €; in the case of purchases of less than € 100, the cost of shipping will be borne by the customer, in the amount of € 6.

Portugal - Islands

Orders will be delivered within 8 working days *.

Shipping Costs: Free in purchases of value equal or superior to 100 €; in the case of purchases of less than € 100, shipping costs will be borne by the customer in the amount of € 10.

Spain - Islands

Orders will be delivered within five business days of confirmation of payment *.

Shipping Costs: Free in purchases of value equal or superior to 100 €; in the case of purchases of less than € 100, shipping costs will be borne by the customer in the amount of € 25.

Continental Spain

Orders will be delivered within four working days *.

Shipping Costs: Free in purchases of value equal or superior to 100 €; in the case of purchases of less than € 100, shipping costs will be borne by the customer in the amount of € 15.

International Deliveries (European Union countries only)

Orders will be delivered within five business days of confirmation of payment *.

Shipping Costs: Free in purchases of value equal or superior to 100 €; in the case of purchases of less than € 100, shipping costs will be borne by the customer in the amount of € 25.

We do not guarantee this term in: promotions / balances / Christmas period and stock break.

Rates and taxes

Orders sent to countries outside the UE, or with fiscal and customs policies different from most UE countries, may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the country of destination (Import Rights).

In this way, the recipient may have to bear additional customs clearance charges. MARMI does not control these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country; the customer should contact local customs services for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, a delay may occur in relation to the estimated delivery time.

The delivery time is indicative and considered valid when there are no obstructions of various types (for example: incorrect addresses or mishaps).

Difficulties in delivering

In case CTT can not deliver the parcel by hand, a postcard will be left to pick up the order at the nearest post office.

Resubmit returned orders

When an order is returned due to the responsibility of the customer and the customer wishes to return it, an additional fee (in the amount of the shipping cost) must be paid before we can process a new shipment. This fee must be paid by bank transfer, and the proof of payment sent to the email [email protected] or to the fax +351 229 866 803 together with the return number of the order.

Returns & Exchanges

General conditions

You can cancel your order if it is pending. This means it has not been packed and has not yet come out of our warehouse. To make such cancellation, it is strictly necessary to do the following:

Go to your personal account, click to see your account in the login box and you will have access to your latest orders. If the order you want to cancel is pending, a cancel option will be available for that order. Click this button to cancel your order.

If you have already paid for this order, we will refund within five days.

If you have already received the order and it shows some problem or if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days from the day you received the order. Returns will only be accepted if the product is new, complete and not used by the customer.

If you want to return a product because you changed your mind or mistakenly at the time you ordered, the cost of the collection will be deducted from the refund amount.

Product exchange

We make new product exchanges, complete and with no signs of use. Follow the instructions above.

If, for any reason, the exchange of a particular product is not possible, the value of the same will be refunded.

If you want to exchange a product because you have changed your mind, the cost of shipping the new product will be borne by the customer.

Refund Method

MARMI will make every effort to reimburse the customer as soon as possible, however, for a maximum period of 15 days from the day the returned product arrives at our warehouses.

- If you have executed the payment by credit card, the refund will be made on the same card and can be verified in the following statement.

- On payment by Paypal, the refund is credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately available.

- In the cases of Counter Delivery or ATM, your bank details will be requested (IBAN and SWIFT) and the refund will be made by bank transfer.

Return Shipping Costs

We reimburse the costs of transporting products whose return was the responsibility of MARMI. Example: defective or exchanged products.

We advise that we will not refund shipping costs if only one product on a set of various products has problems.

When the return of the order is the responsibility of the customer, it must bear the costs, which will be the same amount of the fee paid to send it (or the appropriate fee if the order was sent free).

The order will be collected at the address provided by the customer.

Payments & Prices

MARMI offers you the following methods of payment: Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard), PayPal, ATM and cash on delivery.

Payment by ATM can be done through the ATM network or online through your Homebanking. This type of payment takes about one business day to become available. Your request will be sent only after confirmation of receipt of your payment.

The cash on delivery must be made in cash upon delivery of the order.

All prices include VAT (when applicable) at the legal rate in force.
